PRO: This thing is a good cheap DSLR stabilizer system which is quite light and fairly easy to balance. It also makes a great monopod very similar to more expensive Manfrotto video monpods.
CON: Parts are a bit cheap and it shows in places, things come loose and knock the balance off quite easily, which is a little annoying.
