UK Bronze Steadicam Workshop (31st Jan to 1st Feb 2013)

Dear Prospective Steadicam student,

STEADICAM® BRONZE WORKSHOP 31st Jan to 1st Feb 2013

The Tiffen International Steadicam Bronze workshop is a great opportunity to work with the latest lightweight genuine Steadicam systems and have instruction from Tiffen staff or approved instructors and also follow a syllabus approved by Steadicam inventor Garrett Brown.

The Bronze Workshop is specifically aimed at those wishing to gain experience with lighter weight rigs from the Pilot up to the Zephyr. For training on bigger rigs we would recommend a Silver or Gold Workshop.

The workshop will run from 9.30 a.m. on the 31st Jan to 5.00 p.m. on the 1st Feb. This exciting workshop will be held at the SAE World Headquarters in Oxford, England, United Kingdom.

The price of the workshop includes the workshop itself, use of equipment, a snack lunch and evening meal for Thursday but no accommodation or other main meals. We can recommend local accommodation should you require.

The requirement for students is that they have camera experience and they are reasonably healthy (please feel free to discuss this if you have any doubt). Students should also be aware that Steadicam operation is a physical activity and you will may get hot therefore the typical preferred dress for your own comfort is light and casual and in layers in case we work outside. Anklesupporting trainers make ideal footwear.

The total price for the workshop is £350.00 including VAT or €420.00 including VAT. (VAT will apply if you are coming from outside of the UK as a service performed within the UK however you may be able to reclaim it locally). We do not operate a deposit scheme for BRONZE workshops, to apply please send the full amount along with a COMPLETED application. Your place will be confirmed upon receipt of both by Tiffen International.
